The HCISD Human Services Department will maintain and improve the best systems of support for all Students, Parents, Community, and Staff and assist other programs in their efforts.

We will stay current on personnel issues and trends as we continue to strive for an exemplary standard.  We will continue to improve the quality of our hiring process by recruiting and employing the most qualified applicants, while continuing to be an effective support center to our district while never losing sight of the human connection.
